Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable locations across India. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your pin code. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing the order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for most metro cities
• Express Delivery: 2-5 business days for select locations (where available)
• Same Day Delivery: Available in select pin codes within major cities (subject to order placement time)
• Remote Areas: May take 5-10 business days

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Product weight and dimensions
• Delivery location and distance
• Chosen delivery method (standard or express)

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time on orders above a certain value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order status by:

• Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• Visiting our order tracking page
• Logging into your account and viewing order history

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The delivery partner will be assigned based on your location and product specifications.

7. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
• If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us
• For returned orders, you may be contacted for re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
• For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including pin code and phone number. Faadu is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately through our support page. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is dispatched.

9. Package Inspection

We recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery:

• Check for any visible damage to the package
• For Cash on Delivery orders, you may open the package in the presence of the delivery person
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately
• Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of delivery

10. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit:

• Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
• We will investigate with our delivery partners
• If the package cannot be located, we will offer a refund or replacement

11. International Shipping

Currently, Faadu only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We may expand our shipping coverage in the future.
