Received the product?

Below are the resolutions for issues post-delivery.

Received Broken Product ? Free replacement within 7 days after delivery. Please fill this form for a free replacement.
Warranty We offer a 6 month manufacturer’s warranty on all of our products. This covers any kind of defects, discoloration & malfunctioning of the product. Fill this form for a free replacement.
Exchange You can opt for a one time free exchange with a product in the same category within 3 days after delivery. Product must be unused, in original case & packaging. Fill this form & we’ll assist you through the process.
Returns/Refunds* You can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. No questions asked. Product must be unused, in original case & packaging. Simply fill this form & we promise to assist you through the process.

If the order isn’t delivered yet, you can login to My Account & click on the cancel button under My Orders tab.

If you paid online, amount will be refunded back to your original mode of payment. If you paid via COD, please send us your official name, bank ac no. & IFSC to process your refund.

Note: Refunds are processed once the product reaches our warehouse & our team confirms product is original, intact and unused. This process can take 5-8 working days.
